FIRE RATED Storage Buildings carry the Factory Mutual System approval label and are constructed based upon UL Fire Resistance Ratings classification criteria. In addition the buildings come with hydraulic operated self closing, fire rated doors and fire damper protected vents (UL LISTED).
FIRE Rated WALL Construction - 2 or 4 hour rating
Fire Rated ROOF Construction - 1 or 3 hour rating
Fire Rated DOOR Construction - 1-1/2 or 3 hour rating Code Compliance

All Hazmat Buildings come with Explosion relief panels and removable Steel Safety floor planking. Shelving is Not a standard feature on the Hazmat Storage Building
