Some of these products are difficult to ship due to their weights or are usually delivered to industrial type areas. Mystoragecabinets.com allows the buyer to choose from delivery to the curb, garage or in the home. Our company chooses to do this, allowing an owner to have choices. All manufacturers have different policies in regards to shipping costs. Some suppliers provide free shipping, while others provide shipping at discounted bulk rates.
Whatever the situation, you can be assured that making money on shipping is not our objective and follow our manufacturers guidelines.
Customers may expect to receive their order 2-3 weeks after they receive the confirmation email from Mystoragecabinets.com confirming that they have received the order.
Recommendations: As product arrives, unpack entire contents and fully inspect prior to carrier leaving the premises. If a problem exist, it should be noted and reported at once to the respective carrier agent. They will make a "concealed damage" notation. This report must be made immediately, unless this is done, all goods replaced or repaired on account must be at buyers own expense. If any damages are discovered, make the proper changes on the receipt before signing it. All claims may be rejected if notice is not given at the time of delivery with driver present for inspection.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase on a case by case basis. Canceled orders prior to shipment are subject to a 15% charge of the goods covered by the cancellation order. All items must be in original packaging and in original condition. Due to the nature of the Product Line, returns will only be accepted if the items are in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the freight charges on returned orders. Please double check your order to ensure accuracy before completing the checkout process. If you are purchasing garage cabinets, please make sure that they fit in the space that you have available. Once the manufacturer has received the return, it will send a replacement or you will receive a credit on your credit card minus a 30% re-stocking fee.

What should I do if the cabinets were damaged in shipping?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the items delivered have obvious signs of damage, please refuse the shipment and they will be sent back to the manufacturer. Claims for damaged or lost items must be filed with the carrier. Once the manufacture has received the return, it will send a replacement or you will receive a credit on your credit card. Since each situation is different, please contact us so that we can resolve the problem.
Do you ship outside the continental United States?
Due to the cost of shipping large products, we only currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Canada.
How will my cabinets be delivered?
Regular shipping is curb-side delivery, with heavier items needing a liftgate to get the item to the curb. Customers will be responsible for unloading the shipment off the truck on lighter items. The shipper will call to setup an appointment before delivery. We suggest having at least two people available to help unload the shipment. Some manufacturers provide shipping to the Garage or even inside the home. Inside delivery has stair carries, skid removal, unpacking and placement INCLUDED. Garage Delivery does not include Debris removal, unpacking or placement. Unit set just inside Garage door. Commercial/Industrial Products must be delivered to an area that has a docking area else an additional charge for liftgate. All shipping weights are approximate. Some items due to their weights must be a custom quoted and will be on a case by case basis.
